Shipping

Fabric is sold per metre, and in most cases will be rolled on to a tube for delivery. In the event of a fabric order of fewer than six metres, we may choose to flat fold the fabric. Fabric remnants are all folded. Orders are delivered via UKMail and will need a signature on delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been dispatched. Discount Materials will ship most sample orders via Royal Mail.

For our international customers, and UK customers ordering from remote areas, we ask for additional payment based on the dimensions and weight of your order. In most cases we will charge the actual freight cost and packing costs. We are happy to provide the cheapest possible shipping method to any customer and you are welcome to telephone us to discuss options on small or complex orders.

Most orders are shipped within 72 hours, and in many instances on the same day as the order. We ship Monday through Friday using UKMail. If you require special shipping arrangements outside of those normally practiced by Discount Materials please contact us before placing your order.
